Hurray weight loss ✌️Have been using a new running shoe for my over pronation feet and now able to run longer and faster. Let see if able to attain my 68kg weight.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
