Awesome 1st week. down 2 1/2 Lbs. Just hitting up the gym 2 times last week and counting calories. This week I'll be hitting up the gym 3 times and maybe increasing my calorie intake by 200 to 300 cals. Have to work on getting muscle memory back. So for the next month I'll be doing Full body workouts every time I workout. After that I can move back to the 5 day splits or Bro splits as people tend to call them.
