Soulnoid's Journal, 19 April 2012

Day 89- This is one of those weeks where I feel the world is against me. Nothing to do with my diet, but with everything else. I just got to remember to stay positive. I get amazed how selfish folks can get when they don't care how their choices effect others. Problem is it gets me worked up and feeling like I should just forget about everything and move on to something new. I am involved with a lot of things in the cummunity youth sports and am also on the board of a local private school, both really pulled me down this week. Maybe I should move on.....

You've got to do what's right for you. If there are things in your life that you feel will adversely affect you mentally or physically, you shouldn't do those things. But, if the ups are more than the downs and you generally feel good about being involved in those things, I'd say stick with it and maybe it will get better. I hope you start feeling better. I'm sending positive vibes your way.

I'm with mars2kids. "Anything worth having is worth fighting for". It may be the road less traveled but it is a rewarding journey. Stay committed to your goals and stay motivated. It is doable and YOU CAN DO IT!
