It is now exactly 30 pounds lost since signing up on FS! October wasn't a great month, kind of lost the momentum. But I feel like I am back on track. Yesterday I walked 4.25 miles - my usual walk with 2 hills and I was able to do both hills without stopping. Still hard to do - breathing hard, but will keep on doing it and am looking to add another hill to the walk. There are lots of streets in my neighborhood with hills. Even some of the driveways of my neighbors are brutal!

The diet is evolving. I now am usually eating 2 meals a day and am doing IF. I was having my last meal between 2 and 3pm. Now it's more like noon and 1pm. I will have a hot drink or maybe a half dill pickle or couple of olives sometimes. But I really can say I don't feel hungry in the afternoon. But I'm ready to eat when I wake up in the morning!

Just finished a walk of 5.2 miles. Was inspired by a post by Draglist. Added a 3rd hill. It was really hard and I am really, really tired. Think I am getting a blister on the bottom of my foot. May wait a while before I try that one again. Now I am remembering why I used to take 2 Tylenol on the way back from hikes I would do near Tahoe. Take them before the aches and pains start. Now that it's over, I'm glad I did it!
