Yay eventually a nice drop :-)
130.5 lb Lost so far: 86.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone. I started carb cycling last week and been to gym 6 days last week. So far its working for me :-)

How does the carb cycling actually work?

Leksie What I am doing is increase my carbs by 20g daily, day 1 I will start on 40g for breakfast and lunch, day 2 60g, day 3 80g and day 4 100g then day 5 I go back down 20g so it will be 80g, day 6 60g, day 7 40g, day 8 will be a zero carb day then you start again with 40g. Hope that makes sense. I have seen different carb cycling where they have carbs alternative days but i find that difficult to do.

Leksi there's different methods of carb cycling. Google it and see which one might suit you.
