SOOOO.... Let me tell you that i have been feeling so down for the last two days i have had no motivation to get up and move. But today im over it imma just DO IT!!! Ill feel better afterwards. So far this week ihave only worked out 3 hours, so i really need to bump it up i have 7 more game plan, 1 today, 2hrs tom, 2hrs friday and 2 hrs sat!! No more excuses only 11 weeks til we leave get a move on so thats 22 more lbs that I could lose!!! How bad do you want it??? HMMMM... a question to ponder
