Looks like my hard work @ the gym paid off:-)
Breakfast:Atkins bar 2 carbs
lunch: Ceasar salad & 3 Wendy's hamburger patties w/cheese 6 carbs
snacks: 2 cheese sticks & 2 eggs 3 carbs
dinner: 2 chicken breast & 1c green beans 6 carbs
total today: 17 carbs

I did a 30 min step class, a 30 min pilate class & rode exercise bike for 4 miles- 20min.
252.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 102.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 26.6 lb a week
