Who knew I'd be excited over an exercise DVD? I've been doing the Pilates lower body workout and actually enjoy doing it!?! So I ordered the Upper Body workout by Mary Winsor and got it yesterday from the library and I'm actually excited to try it today LOL. That is soooo unlike me. I really enjoy doing them, it's tough, and my muscles hurt while doing it, but my hubby says he can already see a difference and my friend too, so it must be working cause I haven't really lost weight since starting it but probably inches which is fine by me. I may even buy the series instead of renting from library - big step for me :P

Your excitement is contagious!!! Makes me want to keep going on my own efforts - if I haven't said it before - thank you for introducing me to this site!!! The encouragements and support, all the positive strokes, laughs and friendships are priceless to me! Way to push yourself exercising - you are a true role model to me.
