For the first time since I was two years old, I made it through Halloween without eating ANY candy. My son had friends over, so the house was filled with snack foods and lots of sweet stuff. Since trying Keto, I don't seem to be as interested in these items. (Although I definitely was tempted). My cheat was eating about a half cup of chili, with meat and beans. Tasted like heaven. I sent almost all the leftover candy with hubby today to share at his workplace. Feels really good to have made it through Oct. 31st. Have a great day, everyone. :-)
