Last night I felt as though someone had parked a car on my head. I knew I was going to have the caffeine withdraw headache. But this one was the worst ever. It was my fault. I knew last week that I would be starting back so I was overdosing on coffee. Thankfully with the help of my hubby, who was up on the internet trying to find ways to get rid of my parked car, I am feeling much better. I did work out for 30 minutes today and have been eating the right foods. It is weird how weight really affects the way you feel. I like the way I feel when I am a little lighter on the scales. I made a huge batch of veggie soup. I am excited about having some for dinner. Probably won't be so excited about it after about the 20th day of eating it. Seriously it's huge. I'm going to try to recall what all I've eaten. Breakfast 1/3c. eggwhite peice of fruit all 3 days snack peice of fruit all 3 days lunch salad, steamed veggies 2 of the days snack fruit smoothie all 3 days dinner beans, sauted zuccini w/ marinara sauce haven't had dinner today but it will be soup.... Keep up the good work everyone.....
