Goal accomplished. Thought I had also reached 18.8 body fat % but after retest it looks more like 19.1%. Still a lot more work to do. New weight goal...sub 180's
184.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
