I wish I could kick my butt like my trainer does! She had me doing all kinds of things yesterday that I would not do on my own. The difference between now and a month ago is that I am actually THINKING about doing them without her! LOL! Notice I said "thinking"! I really do need top shake it up a bit since I have been going 4 days a week and already find myself getting bored at times. I got on the elliptical for the first time in years...forgot how much more of a workout it feels like I'm getting! Only 15 minutes but I'll get there. I got bored...didn't have my headphones and I wasn't facing the main floor to people-watch to keep me occupied. There is the BEST people-watching at the gym!! Is it sad that the gym has become my social interaction for the week??
