One month of journaling EVERY single day! It has definitely become a habit and I am so much more aware of what I am putting in my body! And even though the activity points aren't exact, I still like seeing how my numbers are increasing there as well. The kicker is that I have also been tracking my Points with WW too! I must be CRAZY!! =P
