I did not lose - boo but I did not gain either - yea! I have been the same weight for 6 weeks. Should I stay steady or change something to start loosing again?
311.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You do need to mix up what you eat. If you eat the same foods day after day, your body kind of says, ho hum, and your metabolism slows down. Try some more variety! I think you're doing great!

I agree with Elizabeth_V. Stay strong, you will get there!

I would also add 5 more minutes on to your exercise routine. Cardio

I look at it like this, maintaining isn't gaining! Liz is right, mix it up a bit, do a few things different, keep the body guessing. I'll bet next weigh in you're down!

How tall are you? --- Are you getting enough nutrients from what you're eating?

Your metabolism does not slow because you're eating the same foods. If you have not lost in 6 weeks, lower calorie intake slightly and reassess in 3 weeks.

Are you working out? Maybe it’s time to change your routine!

You could try recalculating your TDEE? Or changing your macros for a bit? I had a slight plateau for a bit until I 'refed' a little.

I agree with Diablo360x. If you are absolutely steady, this is good because it means you are in control. Like balancing on a point, things naturally want to slip one way or the other. It takes effort to keep exactly on balance. Now you have control, you can gently push thing in the direction you want to go without everything falling apart. Just a small reduction in your diet or increase in your exercise routine will see small but steady improvements.
