Woke at 216.4, up 3.6 from yesterday. I guess I was cleaned out and dehydrated when I hit 212.6 Sunday night. It seems all the food and much of the water I've taken in since then has stayed with me. Started B complex and exogenous ketones this morning. Had a blood test 30 minutes after I took them. Wonder if that will change any numbers? UPDATE: Ate even lighter than yesterday at lunch and walked 3.2 miles. Came home at 216.8! Drank 4 cups of coffee in the morning and a Venti Americano in the afternoon. Still no movement so I am drinking lots of slimming tea tonight. Drank another scoop of ketones, too. I think the stick actually turned color, which for me is unusual. Time will tell if they do anything. This morning's weight is today's low.

Why the exogenous ketones? I do LCHF as well but do not understand what ingesting ketones is suppose to do.

Glad you are back taking the B-Complex. They will do you more good and make you feel better, too.

Are you taking B complex pills or liquid? I take B-12 complex sublingual, NOW brand.
