Staying on track isn't to hard, when i have the time to record everything. I tried weight watchers and use it as another tool in my weight loss journey. I am and have cut a lot of processed food, sugar, and junk food out of my diet, which weight watchers has way to many processed foods in the points book. But that is the way the plan works. I don't eat red meat, very little dairy or none, no sugar unless i must, and no flour unless its whole wheat. I went to my grandmothers house to eat, in which she had dumplings that i love, but i had to pick out the dumplings and add water to the soup part. I thought she would be offended, but she wasn't because she knows about my weight loss.
I am still walking on the tread mill and started cardio exercise. the first few days was a reminder of how long its been since i have done that type of exercise, but it is getting better every day. I cut out fastfoods all together, make sure if i go to someone elses house they have some type of food i eat, if not i eat just a little bit, and explain why i eat only what i do and there is no problem.

If fact, i feel bad sometimes for a few of my co-workers families and my friends family because they have changed their ways of eating and some of the family members are not happy. A co-worker stated her two sons that didn't healthy are eating better and have lost some weight, enter into a marathon later this spring, which stunned her because they only used to work and watch tv. They love this site and have used a lot of information on here.
