Nice going! How are you eating these days? I've been intentionally maintaining, but might soon be ready for next phase. Always happy for inspiration and concrete ideas.

I usually eat lean meats (even my red meat is lean because its farm raised black angus that my father in law raises), lots of salad, and I'll eat berries, wine (cause I won't give that up lol) and Halo Top...The peanut butter cup is SO good! I also eat a Justin's Nut Butter pack almost daily. But, I am giving up peanuts, because I always overeat. When I'm bad, my weakness is craft beer! So so bad! lol What i did notice is that I'm maintaining but still losing inches. And, I'm positive that's from my work outs and Intermittent Fasting because my diet hasn't been great lately more off than on. I do spin classes, TRX and Barre. All instense with body weight. I don't eat til at least 1 pm and stop around 7-8pm, it has been so great for me! Congrats on maintaining! That's the hardest part!

I buy Merlot by box and one is in the fridge and I've got Peanut butter Halo Top in the freezer. We must be food twins, LOL. Congrats..
