Thank you Miss Judy! It's been tough this time at my sons house. We're all broke but I can almost always find something in the kitchen to "create" even if it's not your traditional meal. 😜. I've come too far and made too much progress with my diabetes to blow it now! I'll do a fast first 😂😂.

are you eating chicken thigh meat? If not try it it has higher fat content with skin on - great for keto :)
