Today is weigh-in day and I am afraid I will see no loss on the scale but I can somewhat understand why. Some of my food choices were not the greatest and even though I managed to stay below my RDI for most of the week, I think the activity estimations were on the high side. Oh well! Live and Learn!

We're having a potluck at our WW meeting today since it will be our leader's last day with us. I made mini meatloaf muffins that are 2 PP+ for 2 and they turned out pretty good. Could use some more seasoning but I'll play around with it to get it perfect. It was so simple and didn't take long to make either so I know I will be making them again especially for such low points! I wonder what else will be there....I love food! =)

That meatloaf sounds yummy! And as one foodie to another, care to share the recipe? ;) The fact that you are regularly weighing yourself is commendable. It keeps you on track. And I just checked your food journal for the 11th! Wow! You're having a good mix of fruits and veggies. I wish I was where you are. Keep it up! Cheers!!!

Sent you the recipe! They were super yummy! I eat tons of fruits and veggies as I am a volume eater so if I didn't eat those, I would be stuffing my face with carbs! lol
