Asking for your advice, FS.

I started working this past week after being on vacay for about 2 months. The biggest obstacle this week was wanting to go out and drink this weekend! Last night I stayed up until 3am at a local club. I had a beer, a shot of tequila, and a tequila sunrise. As a light weight, this completely did me over.

CURRENT PROBLEM(S):
-I went for Carl's Jr in the wee hours of the night
-I got off my sleep cycle
-I drank sugary drinks
-I woke up with a mild hangover

QUESTION FOR YOU:
I ate the Carl's Jr food at 2:30 am. I logged it for today, which means that I have very little calories left after breakfast. (I just had B-fast at 2pm). Do you think that's fine and just keep calories down for the rest of the day? Or, should I log for yesterday and just accept that yesterday's calories were up the roof? Not sure what to do...

(Calorie counting is a big part of my weight loss journey. It's what works for me, along with other stuff. And yes, I did learn my lesson about going out and drinking. Next time I will try to dance without eating or getting faded, and try to end the night relatively early so I don't get off my positive weight loss patterns.)

Did you sleep after? If so then I’d count it as yesterday

I did sleep. :/ A lot, thankfully. Yes, I guess it was yesterday then. That means I really went over my RDI!
