Whew! Finally down that pound! That was my goal for the week and I made it finally:) Now onto week 2 of induction. Two things really help me keep on track - Fatsecret is #1 when I enter everything daily, and the other thing is I keep little post-its on my bathroom mirror, 1 per pound for each pound I want to lose. Then once I reach that pound, I move it to the other side of the mirror of lbs. lost. I also put up other little notes for every 5 or 10 lbs. saying good job! or, only 5 more to go till the next goal, or keep going, you're almost there! There is something very satisfying about moving that one little piece of paper to the other side of the mirror :) Also, in my paper calendar at the office, I mark down my goal for the week, whether it's 1 lb. or 3 lbs, or whatever, then I write down what I actually weighed. I've done this over the years, and can look back at the old calendars to see how I did (for when I yo-yo again - sigh)
BUT today, I'm happy, down that one stubborn lb.!
165.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
