This month I plan to really focus on my goals and intentions. Self discipline and how I use my energy for good. I am so happy to have lost this much weight so far, I may not be half way to my goal yet, but it definitely seems possible now. You know those coughs/colds that linger so long you forget what it feels like to be healthy and not cough, that's how this weight has been, I see pictures of my old self and don't even remember being so confident and happy with myself. But I am so happy with myself that I dropped this weight and all I did was eat differently and stretch, I have barely found time to even exercise yet. (This post is mostly for myself, to remind myself how happy it felt to hit under 150!!!)
