Well its been a few weeks and still under goal, have been eating a few more carbs here and there and I had to eat some German food, Have another Food Festival Monday evening in Jupiter for the Palm Beach Chefs association
191.0 lb Lost so far: 236.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
