I've been WAY too relaxed about my weight through the easter days, and it shows on the scale...

Today is the last day of our easter break, and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to getting back to my normal schedule.

I've already started, actually. Today, I will follow plan. Record everything, exercise. And, of course, enjoy the last day at home with Wife.

Life is good!
178.1 lb Lost so far: 163.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Glad you are going back on plan.... It is so easy to slip into bad habits. Enjoy your last day with your wife :-)

I also took a vacation from being careful..and I don't like what the scale said this morning either. Most of my weight is water weight though. I had too many sweets and salty food. Enjoy the rest of your vacation. :-)

Losin25 i agree. If I had actually gained 5 kgs of fat, I would have had to consume a total of 56000 calories the last week. I'm pretty sure that didn't happen, though it felt like it this morning...

Holidays always get me!!! You know exactly what to do though and you WILL do it. Actually you ARE doing it!!! You'll feel much better in your body after a few days back on track. Sounds like you had a great time though. So glad you enjoyed your holiday!!

May I join the club? Hahaha. Yesterday's Indulgence was better than the week before. It was easier to eat ALL the calories but I didn't feel as bad. My scale looked bad but I already lost a pounds since I first weighted in this morning at 205. Back on track today. Now I just have to get back to the gym.
