Alright! 3 days and I haven't cheated, OR had an evening toddy - hooray! lost a little, but probably water, but I'll take it. Now onto day 4 - usually get a burger & fries on half-price burger day....BUT today will get the burger without the bun, which comes with bacon & cheese, and a side salad. Had sausage links and an egg for breakfast so I'm off to a good start.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
