I know my scheduled weigh is on Sundays but I am going to start weighing on Wednesdays that is why I decided to weigh myself today then Wednesday. I was hoping to lose 5lbs this week but I lost 2.5lbs putting me at 178lbs. I've lost a total of 21.5lbs so far.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
