That's awesome. It's hard for me to resist if I start. Had to pray for help not to have a second serving of parsnip chips. The had no added sugar, low salt and only 2 nets carbs They were non-GMO and only 3 ingredients :nonhydrodroginated oil, sea salt andvparsnips.

My experience is to keep it away from eyesight and place fruits at that location and try not to start eating Cookies, chips, pistachio or nuts because i can't stop after 1 and one bowl of nuts is 800 K Cal.
