So I am down 3 pounds. I have 118 pounds to go. I am looking at the small things not the big things. I also resisted eating more then one Oreo.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 October 2017:

That's awesome. It's hard for me to resist if I start. Had to pray for help not to have a second serving of parsnip chips. The had no added sugar, low salt and only 2 nets carbs They were non-GMO and only 3 ingredients :nonhydrodroginated oil, sea salt andvparsnips.

Nice drop and great attitude! Mini goals are always better than the great big one at the end of the journey!

My experience is to keep it away from eyesight and place fruits at that location and try not to start eating Cookies, chips, pistachio or nuts because i can't stop after 1 and one bowl of nuts is 800 K Cal.
