Today was my trial run for when my travel ramps up for work. I think I did pretty alright. Eating on the run is always a struggle to find good options that often times I have to eat in the car. Today I was able to pack a few snacks to take on my trip. I won't have that luxury for my nearly week long star in Charlotte next month. Today though, I stayed within my goal limits and actually drank enough water.
Had a pretty nasty headache for a good bit of the day, but I'm attributing that to my body transitioning to my keto routine.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 October 2017:
