I began eating healthy around March 1st, 2012. Weighing in at 149 lbs. To begin my day I drink a cups of lukewarm water with 1 tsp. of honey and two tsp. of lemon. I am eating nothing but fruit or fruit juice until 12noon daily. For lunch I have a salad, sometimes with soup or a slice of bread. For dinner I have a flesh food with two servings of vegetables and a salad. My drink of choice is fresh vegetable juice or honey water. Also, I end my day with a cup of lukewarm water, with honey and lemon, or a cup of tea with lemon. I have lost 8lbs to date and have gained much energy throughout my days.
