Last week was so hard! I had to travel out of town for the first time since starting my change in eating habits. I never realized how incredibly hard finding healthy food could be, especially in an airport. So most of the week was spent being hungry or eating something that was not on my plan. I also did not get to exercise much at all. So now that I am home I can return to my normal routine. I just really dread weighing in later today because I am afraid that the weight has gone up. I guess I will have to wait and see.
