I haven't weighed myself for 13 days so my next weight in will be tomorrow. Today I'm fasting to lose some water weight. Btw this is my first cut ever since I started lifting 5 years ago and the results so far are great! I'll be sharing some Moroccan meals which I've been eating to bulk up..stay tuned if you're interested :-)
