I was quite hungry and headachy yesterday. I ate a fair amount of bulk - both carrots (veggie so I can have what I want) and an apple & grapes to go with turkey and crackers for dinner.

We'll see how tomorrow goes; I'm aiming for basically bars today. I'm so impatient to get below 260 - even though I know it's just a number & start on the path.
262.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 127.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Calorie Count   gaining 1.4 lb a week

Make sure you are drinking enough water. I get headaches if I haven't had enough hydration. Also, a glass of iced tea can help!
