after i lost 1.5 kg within 5 days, i gained 3 kg right after 3 days. after 3 days again i weigh in (this morning) and i've lost 1 kg. tonight is my last weigh in for the month of March. still hoping to lose atleast a pound before i record it on my diary. fingers cross* but no matter what number my scale will give me tonight. i'm still proud of myself. sooooooo much! 6.5 lbs loss for the month of March is still a loss! i'll do better for the month of April :)
