Dang it. I'm up and down with that 1-1 1/2 pound roller coaster. I hit a plateau again. I feel like I could eat all day long with sweets and carbs. I stay within my caloric limit. But it just ain't falling off. Not going to give up, but tonight is going to be a favorite meal. Still within my allowance though unless I just pig out.
