ok so Im back.. ugh 20 lbs back .. but still .. considering I lost 70.. but ready to do this again.. here we go

hey Katt..I know how it goes...been doing Fatsecret for quite some time..and it helps lots to keep track of everything..I too did Atkins years ago..and lost quite a bit of weight..however , now that i am older and many health issues + some crappy meds as well..have gained about 50 lbs >.< ugh i have had 7 surgeries in the last year and a half, so wasnt able to do much as far as working out...o.0 and the meds real bad for the ol metabolism for sure...just in the lst two weeks have returned to docs to change meds..and even try to rid some..and have been trying to keep to a 1500 cal intake a day..still not juch luck after the first 15 lbs lost in the first three weeks or so..(which i'm sure was mostly water weight) now am plateauing..and feeling disouraged a little, yet still determined...im a little tired of being so damned dedicated and writing things down on this puter all the time..it ghet monotnous sometimes wehn u keep doing what ur suppose to and yet still not getting anywhere..or so it seems...>.< lol just found out need another surgery for the same issue..this will be my 8th surgery, 6 of which have been for corretive surgery for vaginal mesh prolapse...o.0 is horrible..but atleast when u get use to tracking your foods for quite awhile ..you can almost do it in ur brain without writing them down....atleast thats where Im at at this point...need to take a little break from thins stuff, yet still be careful..Just started feeling better and been working out, so feeling puurdy good lol then..find out havta have this other surgery again.,..thinks Imma hold off till after or maybe mid summer when its too darn hot to go out anyways...let me know how you do on the new atkins....i found that the new atkins didnt work for me as did the old way of doing things...i need some carbs or i feel extremely tired and get headaches lots...:( but even following the new one for a month or two, i wasnt losing so just counting cals and trying to exercise and stay busi now...hope it works...like i said, lost about 15..but then hit a wall...so..must start being more motivated and drinking more water...hopefully Ill be able to kick all the meds down the tubes atleast till next sugery...and just stay on my HBP meds...as my BP is always so very very high...anyways...just wanted to say hey...and welcome back...not that we've ever met..u just look like my sister and i feel like i know ya already...lol keep in touch and lemme know how the new atkins works out for ya....darlene from Baltimore ^_^ peace xxx
