I am into my 3rd week of P90, and my workout tempo has significantly increased. I am moving way faster than what is expected and I feel I am ready to move onto the next circuit, but I will finish out the next 3 weeks like I am supposed to then move onto circuit 3-4.

I am going to bite the bullet and step on the scale and record the weight increase. I am gaining weight (about 3 pounds), but definitely losing inches, which happens with me all the time. I probably will not weigh in as often as I have been after tomorrow, perhaps once every 2 weeks or even once a month. It is discouraging to step on the scale frequently and see an increase knowing that you are busting your butt with workouts and staying within your calorie limits. So, my clothes will be my best friend and indicator of how I am doing :)

I am looking forward to mid April when I get to take my 30 day photos to see my progress. Pictures are a great indicator of all the hardwork I have done. Its my dangling carrot at the end of the string :)
