I guess my first question to you is, "How do you envision seeing yourself live beyond the holidays?" - that'll pretty much dictate what I'd recommend... also, body type now (verses in the future).

I want to maintain a healthy lean body year round, holidays always kick my ass til about mid January, but this year I never fully bounced back.

so, I guess Keto would work for you provided you maintain an aerobic lifestyle (get the heart rate and metabolism up and tone what muscles you have without bulking up).

I would start by logging everything you eat, while continuing for a week or so to eat as you have been. Then ask for input for slowly transitioning to something sustainable beyond the holidays.
