I was trying to calculate my current BMI. Which I eventually did But another method of checking obese to normal calculation, (requiring a "hip to Waist” ratio or just a quick “waist” measurement,) was suggested on the same website. I was going through these gyrations as my bathroom scale REALLY REALLY did get broken. One of my cats jumped on it from a high railing . Broke the faceplate. It's digital so something must have gotten skrewed up...lb numbers just jumping all over the place. So the new one will be picked up tomorrow. When I took the tape measure to my waist….drum roll, please….another 2 inches gone…since 9/1/2017!!!!! Thank you Keto, & FS Community!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you...can I say it enough?
