For as long as I can, I am going to stick to very low carbs. Occasionally, I'll up the veggies. Tomorrow will be tough. We have a big meeting that's going to take a large chunk of the day. Usually, I eat between 10 am and 4 pm, but this annual meeting will run from 10 am to 3 pm, with a group luncheon at noon. I'm still thinking of what I can eat. Last year, we went to a BBQ place. I have little say in which restaurant we visit. Maybe I can fast? Maybe I can eat early and just drink coffee? Monday, I'll let you know what happened.
