My husband came home this weekend after being away for 3 months, so needless to say I fell off the wagon and I DON'T FEEL BAD ABOUT IT!!! Today is a new day and I am back on track.
I was strong on the treadmill 3.57 miles in one hour - my personal best!!! Planning another workout with the Wii and outside to do some painting. So, I feel like I am going to to more than make up for all of the fun I had this weekend.
