I lost another 3lbs and I wasn't expecting to lose anything this week. I have been sick for a couple of days since last weigh in. I didnt do any exercise besides stay in bed the entire time. I am feeling alot better enough to continue my walks.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
