I often wonder if the loss of 25 minutes of sleep are well worth getting on here and keeping up. I would like to get on here everyday as i find myself falling off the wagon because of a busy schedule. I only have one more week before i have the extra time that i need off to make my life more healthier. I know that i manage with all of the work hours and all the other stuff, but the extra time off will help me with preparing foods, shopping right, and the extra time i need to exercise.
