***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels' "Shred it with Weights"
Overhead Press (10lb. kttbll): 1 set of 10, 2 sets of 15
Crunches: 4 sets of 25
Oblique Twists (10lb. kttbll): 2 sets of 15
{{{Jillian's workout kicked my butt this morning. I completed it all, but I was soooo tired. I think it's because I woke up much earlier than normal today and felt exhausted even before I worked out, but either way, it sucked. At least I pushed myself to complete it.}}}

***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.) Breakfast: Visalus "Orange Dream" Shake (9oz. water, 2oz. orange juice, 1oz. unsweetened almond milk, shake mix, 7 ice cubes)
2.) Lunch: Visalus "Chocolate" Shake (12oz. water, chocolate shake mix-in, ice cubes)
3.) Snack: leftover Ranchero cheese-stuffed Steamed/boiled poblano pepper, 1 longanisa sausage.
4.) Dinner: half of leftover small salmon steak (split it with my husband), and two Thai chili peppers that were pickled in apple cider vinegar and garlic.
5.) Dessert: 1 Girl Scout "Lemonade Cookie"

{{{I feel like I ate more crap today, so I may have taken a few steps back. I hope I didn't, but my self-control seemed to have wavered. At least that's how it feels. I may have to really push myself during my treadmill workout tonight. Ugh!}}}

***EVENING WORKOUT***

{{{Exercising today has been kind of difficult. I didn't feel like I had enough energy to get through them. This evening's workout was terrible. I only worked out for 25 minutes (when the past few nights I have been working out for 45!). But I'm trying to listen to my body and pushing it too much feels wrong. I hate feeling like I'm quiting, but I can only go so far before I'm sure to collapse for either dizziness or exhaustion. I at least managed to workout for 25 minutes, which is better than nothing, but I'm really disappointed that I couldn't go the speed(s) I usually push myself to go. I actually had to go down to 2mph so I could breathe. I NEVER go down to 2 until I'm done with my workout, but I stayed on 2 for much longer than I intended to today. I think I'm going to be disappointed with myself even more tomorrow when I look at the scale. I'm pretty sure I know where my lack of energy is stemming from. Couldn't fall asleep til much much later last night AND baby woke up in the middle of the night as well. I think that NOT being able to push it today (when it normally CAN) is my body telling me that I need to get a good night's sleep so I can hopefully do better tomorrow. I just hope I won't be too upset when it's time to weigh in. I'd also like to add that my body MUST have been pushed over the limit because I started sweating faster and much more in just 20 minutes. Even when I stopped, I was dripping! Gross right? Ugh}}}
127.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
