I made it past the cravings yesterday, but they're still here. I might not survive today.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I fight this with gum or cheese only 1 oz is enough, because I feel full and stop thinking about sweets. Of course although I follow Keto, I have one portion of fruits, like melon or grapes and fruits are good alternatives to sweets. :-)

Once I have a specific craving I usually can't resist. So now I'm working on trying to prevent the cravings from happening. I've been eating dill pickles once in awhile to try to take care of my salt (specifically Ruffles potato chips) cravings. I rarely crave sweets, maybe having a small cup of hot chocolate every morning helps with that. Or the tea with honey.

I am also craving salt. Wonder if is because is is 108 and I am sweating doing nothing at all.
