Hey everybody! Very happy to report another drop even though I haven't been to the gym this week. I work in retail so I am always standing and running around. I also walk a lot. I am also watching my diet closely. I am very close to dropping my first 15 pounds - very excited to report! :) Still a long road ahead but marking each mile as I go along. That's the only way to do it. And we can ALL DO IT! Keep fighting the good fight - it's worth it. I have more vitality, I sleep better, clothes are fitting better, I can last through my work day without feeling tired a few hours into it. Just so many benefits - I can't wait to see my doctor soon!
