HOLY SMOKES!! I can't believe it!! 11.7% body fat according to that fancy InBody scale at the gym!! My goal was 12%, so ... omg .. I MADE IT! Now I think the really hard part starts .. MAINTAIN! I'm kinda scared.

There is a maintainers group on here, if you're interested in joining. We have about 14 people in there so far. I'm on a "maintenance break" and though it holds it's challenges, I've been maintaining the weight range I set for myself for 12 days straight now. It's nice to have support and input when one hits this stage :-)

Maintaining might be harder than losing. Congrats on fat %! I'm getting DXA on Thu, should be informative. Need to increase bone mass.

Thanks, and I agree .. I think maintaining will be much harder. DXA will be way more accurate than bio-impedance. Good luck with it!

yes that's what I have trouble with I yo yo up and down ,so then I put on lbs and start back to get it off I wish there was a easier way at maintaining it

I call it 'Sustainability'. What we do forward with the behavior modification we did to begin with to get where we are now? Convoluted statement that makes sense if you think about it.

Maintaining for me seems more difficult than the actual weight loss, Very impressed with that low number body fat !!!

Yeah .. well .. I no longer believe it (pouts). Couple of weeks ago, it said 14.9% .. yesterday it said 11.7% .. and I normally would not have checked again today except that I wanted to see what it thought my BMR was .. and it was back to 15% .. so maybe yesterday was a fluke.. or there is a lot of variation in the measurement. The manual says that you get more accurate results if you don't do it right after a workout, so maybe I'll try that .. in a couple of weeks when I'm not so irritated at it!! Anyways, 15% isn't so bad. Thanks for all the support!!!
