YEE-HAAAA! Yesterday was tough, but I got through it. Some days fly by; yesterday wasn't one of them!

Redefine food as *fuel* and as *medicine*, not your friend, not your "god," not your goal.
216.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
