Yesterday was my two year anniversary! (most of you missed my journal yesterday ;) popped in early in the am then was off the rest of the day).

Decided to start a challenge - that's a first for me - beginning a week from tomorrow. Anyone can join...called Focus & Commitment.

It will run for 10 weeks (and will be in sync w/ my Tues night classes). It's just a tool to help keep yourself accountable while working towards YOUR goals. Check it out!

Workouts going well, weigh in went well.. will update in a minute, but down another pound! Whoooo Hoooo!

Hi Jsfantome, I did miss your journal... CONGRATS on the pound AND the anniversary. I have joined the challenge - not to loose any more weight - but to MAINTAIN my weight. Plus I want to "focus & commit" to my training schedule .... Hope that is still ok and fits in with your criteria... I figured food choices or (and) exercise choices both need 'focus and commitment' :-)

skinny - any focus, and/or commitment will do! We all have something different - but can use some common principles to get where we want to go, or stay in your case! Much Love.

Hey Jsfantome, I too missed it! I'm so sorry! Happy belated anniversary! :) As much as I appreciate the invite for the challenge, they really aren't for me. I don't do well with them - and I think it's an "it's not you, it's me" kinda thing. :) I do think it's a great topic for a challenge though. Thanks again.

Happy anniversary and good going on the weight (Finally!!!). I accepted your challenge invite - was exactly what I needed and the 10 weeks coincided perfectly with a personal goal I had! Thanks again.

Congratulations on the pound loss and your 2-year anniversary. My own anniversary is coming up near the end of this month. Hard to believe it was that long ago. So easy to look at things back then and say, "What? TWO YEARS? It's gonna take me TWO YEARS to do this?" But, as always, it's gonna be two years later, no matter what we do, so might as well just get started and focus on each day. Then....Voila!....it's 2 years later and look at how much weight is gone! Have a great week.

I hear ya, Sandy! Sometimes I think "oh, that was last year..." no, it was the year before!!! My brain cells get easily confused these days! 50 is approaching much more rapidly than it used to be! LOL!

Happy Anniversary...such a great anniversary to celebrate. I have joined your challenge thanks for the invite, I really need it, as I am struggling like mad at the moment, it is really frustrating me, especially when I know that I CAN DO THIS I know exactly what I have to do and I also know it DOES WORK. GG shared a great journal today as well. I know I could stay away from FS but I won't I AM SCARED of where I am at the moment. The really stupid thing is I really want to be slim and healthy and don't like how I feel about myself at the moment. I feel bloated and don't like the feeling at all. I know I am not drinking enough water so why I ask myself am I letting this happen to me. I am good for a few days then go off track again. I just went shopping today and have all the good food in. I am so frustrated with me right now......
