Suffered some cravings for sweets and had hunger pains after window for eating today. this is the 1st time that has happened to me since I started IF 18/6. I got by it without eating but I will keep track of it. Noticed my fat% was down and Protein& carbs% were up. Will consider making sure these micros are in better %., Then consider my next Keto move. Night all.

Thanks all. Noticed , finally, that calories down a bit...so that most probably the cause of cravings...just going to Keto on!
