This is day 3 back on lvc diet. This diet does not play. I can feel the water being squeezed off of my legs. This morning I was 195 and now I am 192. I have been using the bathroom like crazy. It is weird that after going to the bathroom and drinking my water I am instantly hungry. It has to be the diet. But it is very strange.
